This is the same Rep as Barber House who's behaviour on here has been rude & deceptive.
I posted some quotes from other members in a previous post the rep didn't appreciate so I was accused of being bored & told I should not comment.
Another member said they don't communicate to customers when delays are caused by backordering stock, so the Rep asked if they work for a competitor twice. Another one here. But the rep has an amazing attitude & strives for the best to keep everyone happy.
Some more feedback here and here. Negging for issues with the seller.

I have done some data crunching, business records of the owner and its the same.
You have lost your trust, if you dont watch your step you will probably be featured on something like A Current Affair, all of your stuff is listed here and I know a few people who do lurk around here.
I find it utterly disgusted in your attempts to cover up the past on a forum thats support to embellish trust in YOU.

I had a real negative experience with Barber House and vey reluctant to order with them again… placed an order, no update, no response to numerous emails, no return of voicemail..no order received!
Only fortunate thing was that I paid with PayPal and they refunded me.

Every line of what I and many others have said is true, if you want to challenge it be my guest but with this business having a neg record approaching 100, I will be more than happy dropping a few hours here.

Having ordered from these guys before and having received the items, the claim "They dont care about your order, they dont touch back to you UNLESS IF ITS ON A PUBLIC FORUM. Perhaps you had some issues with your order in the past and it is OK to call that out, but the level of vitriol and characterization is simply not correct, is unjustified and ultimately not fair. And remember, there is no law against running different brands (marketing 101). I think you and watchnerd have lost all sense of perspective and this now looks like a personal vendetta.
Well, apart from the fact that people have gone on for months without hearing a word and only now after criticizing the business they get the full treatment. You might be interested into looking at Watchnerds comments but you are living in quite the fantasy.
Its not illegal but evading a OZB store ban through using a business that share the same products is interesting and deceptive.
And its not just me and watchnerds, look at WFA's post and theres a wrath.

Which store ban? Also, you can always do a chargeback via your CC provider or PayPal if you have not received your order and not getting any comms from the store. I get that such an experience can be frustrating, but as long as some of us are receiving our orders it is not appropriate to call any store a "scam", as some people here are doing. You are welcome to not use their services and say publicly that you are personally not happy with their customer service experience, but the way you and some others here are carrying on in an obsessive way is a bit over the top and quite frankly makes me wonder whether there are some mental health issues at play here.
Here’s a neg from me as you’ve tried to deceive ozbargain by changing the name of your company. Maybe your next company name should be called dodgy brothers beards n barbers.

One brand has its own products and is an online store only
One brand Retails all Barber Brands and trimmers and clippers and also has a retail store. Does not have its own branded products.
I hope this clarifies it and we hope you can experience savings and service.
It seems as though you have 2 seperate companies but the same bad attitude and poor service amongst both.

Negging because of the information offered above. This is a really sly and underhanded thing to do to circumvent a store ban if they have indeed just changed the name of their store. This raises more questions than offers answers. I think users of this site need to be aware of what is potentially going on here…

Has the other store actually been banned? I can see from history that both brands have been posting deals on ozbargain more or less in parallel, by the same rep, for a while now. So the claim that one is a sneaky replacement for the other to avoid a ban is extraordinary. There is no law against running several different brands - many companies do it (marketing 101). If they are trying to hide something, why are they posting deals with the same username? If there is truth to your claims, then I would certainly want to know that as a past customer, however the way things are currently this appears to be pure slander and you need to think before you post.
