Second last one actually says shipping commences in 7 days.
This promo doesn’t mention shipping because we will ship same day.

Don't take it personally - I'm advising fellow shoppers to be on the safe side. It's a good product, and I'm sure you're a good store. But, 2 week delay and lack of communication during the delay might be unreasonable for some.
If you could just handle communication at least when delays are caused by overselling, less people would be upset. That's just basic respect to your customers..

i like the deals, but every time i've ordered something from you, there has been a 2 week delay from the order date to the shipping date.

Hope your well, the way it works is we carry between 60-100 units of each item. We can never judge what sells more in a promo so we don want to over order also.
Our team need to also keep stock for full price orders which are shipped same day.
Apologies if there is a delay on Oz Bargain Promo. Sometimes we only sell 10 + Units - Proraso sale (Once a year) was very popular.

How is this even remotely a deal? Maybe if it were 5 litres.
Good shampoo - keep in mind that this store will sell more stock than they have on hand though, and don't communicate to their customers when delays are caused by backordering stock.
Be prepared for a 2 week delay to be on the safe side.
