  Looking at the picture it appears like there are two separate blinds? A black mesh and inward facing solid fabric. Is this correct?

  What is 'Warm Neutral' colour? Beige?

  Correct as in the name describes they are 2ply blind outer layer is sun block proof- meshing underneath if you click on our website there is a colour chart for you to look at.

    These are ex-commercial fit out stock (e.g. new tenant or change of corporate colours). If they don't find new homes then these perfectly useful blinds become landfill.

    For the price it is likely that the additional insulation could save that money in heating / cooling costs.
