PSA NBA 2K23 on PC for some baffling reason omits all the graphical upgrades that the 'next-gen' consoles get (PS5, Series X) and is instead based on the old gen console versions (PS4/Xbox One). It's been like this forever because the devs are just plain lazy and treat PC players like second class citizens. It's such a shame as I would love to play this on my Steam Deck
