    Mmmm… donuts

  • -1

I always get them for around 50c a dozen from around 8pm each evening…

    • +31

Of course you do jv. Never doubted it.

      • it's also 50c for a 6 pack of iced donuts…

        • +3

That's a cheap for a pack of diabetes doughnuts :)

        • +1

that's if they're still there! usually they're all gone at my local woolies

    • at QV?

    • Are you serious?

    • +3

I camp outside my local donut king. They hand out free leftover dunots when they close. Usually get a plastic bag or two

      • +1

if you got a job handing out flyers you could earn money while camping out and get free doughnuts. double ozbargain

The Danish Fetta is a great deal… This is an excellent fetta for salads…

(Although, it's not really allowed to be called Fetta because it's not made in Greece)

    • The word 'fetta' isn't region specific, 'Greek Fetta' on the other hand is. Also the Australian Riverina variety is much better than the Danish for salads. :)

        http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feta

only those cheeses produced in a traditional way in some areas of Greece (mainland and the island of Lesbos), and made from sheep milk, or from a mixture of sheep and goats’ milk (up to 30%) of the same area, may bear the name "feta".

Has anyone else tried the Lesbian feta ?

          you missed a bit…

which limits the term within the European Union

  • +4

It's a shame that the Woolworth donuts taste awful…

    • -1

Not much different to the Coles ones…

      • +1

and we all know that Coles are the only other place you can get donuts from…

  • -2

    god dame!

  • +1

    FATnuts

  • +4

My staff will thank you! My theory is that by fattening them up, I appear thinner by comparison. :)

    • +1

What about giving your staff your own lunch/dinner. That way you become thinner whilst at the same time they become fatter. You'd be twice as thin as opposed to your theory!

  • +2

donuts from woolworths/coles always taste stale

    • +2

Heat them up in a microwave for 20 seconds. All the fat oozes out and they're nice and moist again.

      • +1

then they just go soft and oily. rarely eat donuts but when they are fresh from the fryer they are light and tasty.

  • +5

If they're a bit dry, just put it in a bowl and get a scoop of ice cream over the top of it.

    Fkn awesome. Heart attack food

  • +1

Now if only they looked like they do in that image.

  • +1

I must say, nothing beats a freshly cooked cinnamon donut. Not even at $1.84 for three! The list of ingredients on these are disturbing. Still, a good deal OP.

  • +3

i don't know about others but i think woolworths donuts taste awful. maybe it is the oil they use. coles donuts taste ok.

  • -4

    povo food

  • +1

I prefer Sugar donuts sans cinnamon….they are much better.

  • these are good, but i maintain that it is unfair for the consumer that they always make them in a 'O' shape.

clearly they are saving money by lowering the total amount of weight/mass in each package. it's exactly

the same way that they save money by never giving you the head when you buy a whole roast chook. i'm ordering an entire chook, i want my head. ?

    • +1

TEH TIN FOILZ! IT DOES NOTHING!

    • +2

Try dealing with customers complaining that the head is still on!

Can never win when working for these guys…

    • +1

Suppose you want the feathers too?

      • +2

Yes, that way I can plant more of them for later.

  • Common deal but still awesome!

  • I bought Krispy Kreme doughnuts 6 cinnamon for $10! But it's supposed to taste better isnt it?? LOL

    • You never know, you never know :D

  • -2

    Don't eat this crap. My 2c :)

  • +1

OzBargain, saving me money AND making me fat. Thanks ;)

  • I want so many donuts right now :(

  • -3

Just tried to get these at Crows Nest 2065. NOT ON SPECIAL :(
Too hard to show them their own online catalogue.
Crows Nest Woolies is the worst store.

  • I can see Made Today, Sold Today, but if you go to Woolworths, and do a "Search for specials in your area" you will see in crows nest that offer is there. SO that is why I had a look.
    Forgot I shouldn't believe advertising.
