Hey, we send the freshest possible which would normally be within 2 or three days of your order.
Hi, Is it possible to do delay shipping? I would like to use up my existing reserves before getting new beans. Thanks
Hey Mate, no problem. Can you please email me once you place the order with the date you'd like us to send it? email us on [email protected]
Awesome thank you. Ordered and email sent.
Hi, how long can you delay the shipping for?
@Kaicoffee are you able to provide an answer? :)
Hi, I'd also love to out your beans if you're able to delay shipping until the end of May (I literally just received 1kg of coffee, so I'm good until June).
I put in an order yesterday and sent an email for delay dispatch to the email address provided. Thanks
Well timed, I've grabbed a bag. Hoping to get it in Brisbane by Friday as I'm almost out. Cheers!

How dark is the roast on this blend?
I've been shopping around this year trying various roasters. My "usual" is the lighter roast airjo blends like Twilight, and I drink lattes, flat whites, and piccolos.
A lot of the other roaster's blends I've tried that say they're good for both milk and black coffee have been quite dark and taste bad in a milk coffee, and are really only suitable for a French press and the palate of a heavy smoker.
Hey Salem,
We roast our beans to a Medium colour. End temperature is 212 with an 18% development. It should have any bitter flavours but this is definitely subjective and dependent on the individuals pallet. I'd love to hear your feedback if you get a chance to try the coffee.
I missed the deal cut-off, so I've had to buy some lime blue instead. When I'm through it, I'll keep an eye out for any more details from you :)
Roast date please
