No blockage. I think the dust clump is not dense enough too get pulled through if that makes sense.

I would say faulty. Manual says 4-5 hours for full charge. Get it replaced.

You should alway charge to 100% before first use. I would say unreliable reading if it was 50% out of the box.

What car is it? Turbo? If turbo, you can try 5w-40. If non-turbo, 10w-40.
