    FM Radio

    Wow what a feature!

    • +1

Dealbreaker if it doesnt have this imho.

      • It is somewhat useful in phones at least as some events such as races have radio commentary

        • Radios all but dead over here and the rest have online streaming anyway!

        • I like to take my tablet overseas. So when i have down time i listen to the radio. Free. No data needed.

Thanks OP, bought one for car display

    • exactly what i was thinking. new suv and im going nuts.
curious to know where you put it and how you use it? lol

      • +1

New SUV should already have entertainment system built-in supporting Android auto or Carplay, why would you need another tablet?

My van is used imported from Japan and doesn't have an english system that's why I am getting this. Planning to mount it on the top of the exsiting car screen and connect it via Bluetooth, put in a shared data sim, and use it as android auto.

    No headphone jack? :(

    • +1

Sadly. Have to use a USB-C adapter.

What are these like to use? Do they feel reasonably snappy for web browsing and Reddit/YouTube stuff or is it going to be a bit laggy with the high res screen?

    • Also curious,

    • +1

Gonna use one as a Home Assistant control panel.

    • +1

      Not snappy with that processor.

  • +1

how to know if it has desktop mode like Samsung dex? or It is already a standard feature in android 12?

    • Sorry I am not being helpful, but I am also wondering the same. I have a feeling it doesn't though.

    • +1

I really doubt it. They would've advertised this.
As I understand, cheap Android devices like this one have USB-C 2.0, which is too slow for video.

  • Thanks , just purchased one , was looking for a cheap tablet.

  • Can someone suggest a more basic (cheaper) model for a 5 y.o. kid to game on?

  • $1.53 shipping is a deal breaker. ;-) Also hanging out for a deal that includes a cover like what's on Aliexpress.

  • Curious to know the difference between this https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/767521

Specs looks very similar - heck physically looks the same. but Banggood's one is only $215

    • +1

Bmax is mostly smaller screen, smaller battery and less megapixels on the camera.

  • Is 2000x1200 a 2K screen? More like a FHD+ (2220x1080 pixels)

    QHD 2560 x 1440 (1440P) = 2K

  • @Clear any more codes for this? Says expired

    • +1

Only code active right now is for US$196.99 :/
