Mine went for about a year before the contacts corroded and I had to throw it away. Was great when it worked though. Cats loved the fresher water.
It doesn't appear to be a bargain anyway. Any idea how it's different (better) to this 3 litre model for $23.99 delivered (596 sold)?
my contacts corroded and the pin snapped off the 12v connector after 14 days
:S
Just need a 240v socket near where your pet drinks.
then a battery powered one somewhere?
Hot dogs for dinner?
it says The 12V low-pressure high-energy and includes a Power adapter
I'd imagine we could hook up the inlet to 12V DC from a solar and battery
I'll find out soon enough anyway :)
Anyone able to comment on where to source/cost of filters?
had a similar one and never changed the filter….. for more than a year…. since there's no where to get any…
change water regularly (every second day) and you should be fine I guess? cat/ dogs have much better sense than us to decide if the water is ok..
You're probably better off buying fish tank filter wool and cutting it to size using the existing filter as a template.
Is this to scale ?
argh rick roll'd
Taylor Swift fan I see…
Honestly a dumb one is better than a "smart" one in this context. The app is useless and only serves to be a barrier in actually getting it working when it should be a basic plug in and go appliance.
They always break pretty quickly too.The app is useless
Is your pet smart enough for it?

What if you have a dumb pet?
Buy the Android version.
I do want this but am worried my 1 and 4 year olds will play in it more than my dog will drink from it…
