      • Heads up guys, just spoke to AO and they will not provide tax invoices before the product is delivered, full stop. Mine's scheduled for mid-May 23 and AO just advised that the delivery date cannot be changed to an earlier date either. Will have to try and lodge the claim online using the order confirmation and see if it gets approved.

        • How did you go with this? I keep getting rejected because they want a "tax invoice". I've provided everything AO has currently provided to me including the paypal receipt.

    • -1

PDF the order email that is sent to you when you purchase. should be sent to you straight away after payment.

  • How to get the $20 OFF?

    • Use a referral link instead so you can get $30 off.

      • Oh, you cannot stack it.
        Lol

Get $30 off by using the referral links, they'll send you an email with the unique code.

  • How to stack it with Commbank spend 300 get 30 back, that won't work if you get the 20$ offer. Need to put something else in

    • Find something worth $26 or more to get for free?

      • I bought a replacement inner pot for my slow cooker lol Plus 30$ coupon, they first gave me 20$ but then another popup showed 30$. I think my pot is now free lol

Thanks OP. Price matched with JB and used gift cards to pay for it.

this, or the Instant Vortex Plus?

    • This is superior for cooking, but the instant is easier to clean. Your choice really. Personally I also have more faith in Philips as they are the original AirFryer brand.

    Need this in white!

  • +1

Got it for $254 ($154 after CB) with a targetted $50 voucher

    • +4

      yes

      • The Model number and the product images and even the price matches in both Amazon and AO

        • +2

What exactly is your point here?

          • @bokchewy: The Title here says Avance Collection. Just wanted to make sure, its the same as the Amazon one, and not a different variant. was wondering why this one had a different title.

          • @bokchewy: That they're the same.

            lol.

  • Delivery is now out till start of June :(

    • Think it depends on state, mine is early May.

  • Is the whole removable tray dish washer safe?

    Answered my own Q:

    ● QuickClean and dishwasher-safe for all removable parts -Clean-up is fast and easy thanks to the Airfryer QuickClean basket with removable non-stick mesh insert. Both the basket and removable drawer with non-stick coating are also dishwasher-safe for no-fuss cleaning.

  • No delivery to the bush.
Hopefully someone else sells it for the same price

  • Total is $184!?
    Awesome bargain!
    I paid $277 in nov 22.

    Hi all.

Appliances Online WILL be honouring all past orders of this Airfryer at the $304 price up until 2:40pm, Tuesday 4th April.

This airfryer deal was priced incorrectly due to an error loading a promotional price alongside the $100 cashback promotion.
We sold hundreds of these airfryers to OzBargainers before the alarm bells starting ringing and we paused the product listing (it will return at the corrected price).

What does this mean for OzBargain?

We will be placing an additional order with Philips to supply everyone that purchased.
Please be patient if you were one of the orders as it will take some time for the a new shipment of airfyers to arrive from Philips.
We do not have an exact ETA at this moment for all customers, but will share any information from Philips as it arrives.

TLDR: Appliances Online incorrectly priced a Philips Airfryer and we WILL be honouring all customers that purchased at this $304 price up until 2:40pm, Tuesday 4th April.
    • +2

      kudos for honouring earlier purchases!

    • Thanks rep

BTW your team honored the $50 voucher i was not happy about in the previous thread so kudos to them

    • +2

idk but this sounds more like you guys incorrectly estimated the demand for this item at this price rather than incorrectly pricing the item. JB were willing to pricematch without hesitation and they usually dont do that if its below a certain profit margin.

      • +4

AO did not lose any money from this. Don't feel bad.

        • +1

Vote Muzeeb for Chief Customer Officer at AO

    • Appliances Online WOOOOOOOOO

    • Hi rep,

Will customers enticed by the advertised cashback deal, who ordered their air fryers last month but receive their air fryers after 14 May, have their invoices backdated to the date of purchase or some other date prior to 14 May 2023? The terms and conditions of the Philips cashback state that it will not apply to purchases dated post 14 May.

  • missed it

    • +3

i have a price matched cart from jb which i'm not going to use. you're welcome to use it if you want it.

      • If it hasn't been taken, Can I use it?

        • +1

          sure. just pmd you

          • @kazer: Damn - should have checked back here earlier after missing out! I assume a price matched link can only be used once?!!! And that this one has now been used…..

        • Did you end up purchasing from JB?

  • Ah ha, KNEW this was too good to be true.

Don't get why this kinda of air fryer is popular, it's small and doesn't cook enough for a family serve. Plenty other options at lower price point, bigger capacity that does the same job if not better. I love air fryers but drawer air fryers are a waste of time. I can put a whole butterflied chicken from Aldi in mine and cook it in 30-35 mins. Can this even put half or cook it under 15 mins or something? I even cook 1kg of Asian roast pork in mine and it's super crispy and juicy. Doubt this can do it

    • Interesting as they markett this as XXL. Can you advise what one you use?

      • I use a 23L air fryer that has a oven type door. Everyone I know regrets buying a drawer air fryer and wish they had one with more space.

        • Imo 23L is too big, the main point of an air fryer is its speed, the bigger you go the slower it heats up. Most people have an actual oven for larger things, even though this one can fit a chicken and 1kg pork roast. If one didn't have an oven then 23L would be a good size.

          • @Postal Dude: Disagree about the speed. Have you tried cooking or reheating a large pizza from the fridge in an oven vs an air fryer? I own both.
Air fryer under 5 mins, and to cook the pizza 10-15 mins depending on thin or thick crust.
Oven , including preheat 30 to 35 mins. You don't need to get a 23L, anything between 14L to 20L is bigger than this air fryer post. Just saying a drawer air fryer isn't big enough for the family in one cook

I gave mine away years ago. Never been happier

            • +1

@ekdream: I'm confused you say disagree about speed then compare the speed of an air fryer vs an oven… A larger air fryer will take longer to heat than a smaller one, its not debatable.

    • any recs for better fryers then?

    • +1

      Cool story champ.

Tell me more about your microwave

      • +1

        LOL

      • Don't get the hate..lol A 23L air fryer can put a full size pizza from dominos if you wanna reheat, frozen pizza of any brand at any supermarket. Comes out perfect

    • So what air fryer do you have @ekdream? Link?

      • I use a 23L mighty chef air fryer. Its now discountinued but pretty much any 23L air fryer with 1700W will do just fine. Most of them are priced between $100- $150.
Got mine for 3 years now, works like a dream

        • Tell me more about your food processor

  • +2

Just a FYI to all who wishes to claim the cashback before delivery.

You need to request for a proforma invoice from AO in order to make the cashback claim. I was initially declined by Philips as I only attached the order confirmation email. After I sent through the proforma invoice, it was approved.

Hopefully this is helpful to others who will receive their air fryers after the promotion ends.

  • Anyone got their cash back yet?

    • Mine was approved. Still waiting

      • Looks like mine came through today :)

  • +1

    Cashback paid today

  • Did anyone get a call from AO to advise shipment is not until end of June now?

    • I didn’t…. yet.

    • Got the call

    • yes i got the call from AO as well about June delivery.

    • +1

I got a call from them… to advise me delivery has been pushed forward to this friday :D

  • Mine has been delivered.

Also have a new invoive number "wink wink"

    • :o

Can you let me know how you go with that? Just a 👍 or 👎 would do… wonder if the Ts and Cs allow for multiple claims from one person.

      • They would probably see the order number is the same

        • +1

Different number in performa invoice and new invoice

Let you guys know if they approve it

  • +1

Appliances online are offering $99 off ($400) and you then apply the $100 cashback to drop it to $300.
