    PS: is my first post!

You might want to show examples of these flights. From where to where and when are they this price.

Also what the price is in AUD because we don't operate on old money.

        Pounds, what is this 1965?

        • What is this, the 13th of February 1966?

  • I think title is supposed to show AU$? Return to Europe in title?

I just tried to book sydney to athens. Came to $1392.16
    March 1 to 8.

Is cheaper if i leave feb 28. $1144.56

So again at OP. Show us these discounted fares. Where to and how much in AUD.

Or the villagers will sharpen the pitchforks and ready the torches.

hooo yea cool cool i will.. i just leave it open… since i only look at SYD-BCN route

Well, use that as an example. And perhaps change the title to show AUD instead of Pounds.

Who is the codeshare for the southern hemisphere portion? SQ?

  • Those are gems in pricing terms, but just be aware Lufthansa Economy food is the blandest you could get on a plane (esp after you have tried EK or SQ), and they are more unionised than QF, so expect abrupt disruptions if unlucky.

Plus side, (possibly) the only commercial operator of the 747 left, if you want to try it…

Sydney - SIN. QF 1 operated by Qantas Airways
      AIRBUS A380-800
SIN- MUC LH 791 operated by Lufthansa
      AIRBUS A350-900

unionisation-wise, Europe is a first world area with a Bill of Passenger Rights to look after travellers: https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/travel/passenger-right…

    • Totally agree re Lufthansa - flew from Sydney to Zurich last year with Singapore, Lufthansa and Swiss and Lufthansa was god-awful by comparison, both from a food, but also a plane perspective. Felt more like a budget airline - shame as I always thought it was a decent airline.

That said, easy enough to suck it up for a few hours to get a cheap price - just you may want to pack some snacks so you can be 'selective' about which aspects of the in flight meal you need to have.

    • Korean is probably easier if you want the 748. There are some flights from Seoul to Bangkok thats a mix of a380 and 748s.

    • KAL still have a few flying, mostly 748s
