Logitech K855 Wireless Mechanical TKL Keyboard - Graphite $74.50 + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ Harvey Norman

270

Logitech K855 about $33 cheaper than the previous deal.
Blue grey colour also available for $74.50
Rose colour is also 50c cheaper for those who prefer that colour instead.

Officeworks has already price matched the price from Harvey Norman and you should be able to price match this at JB Hi-Fi for more local pickup options.

It is a wireless keyboard (Bolt + Bluetooth compatible) with linear (red) and uses cherry switches with a solid aluminium base. Battery lasts a while and it runs off 2xAAA batteries, but there is no RGB, hence the long advertised battery life on this keyboard. This keyboard is also missing the numpad.

Awesome pricing OP and for those not near a Harvey Norman there seems to be click and collect available at Officeworks with an additional colour graphite:

I've put in an order at Officeworks but they're all showing "low stock" so we'll see what happens

Fairly sure they're not Cherry switches. Cherry-style, sure. The page says "TTC Red (linear) switches", which is another brand. I can also find images online of TTC-branded switches under the hood.

They're not necessarily bad quality, but some people are on the lookout for actual Cherry and will misled.

That's correct. This keyboard does not use Cherry mechs, but TTC Red (the "red" here is presumably a reference to the TTC mech's imitating the Cherry Red "linear" feel).

Apparently some people actually prefer TTC (I haven't tried them myself), but yes, the post should be corrected to not accidentally mislead people that are specifically after Cherry mechs.

      Cheers.

    • Kind of a shame they don't have other switch options. I generally prefer browns over reds.

I also wonder if O-rings or other mods can be installed.

  • Is there a full size ver of this KB?

  • not many info or review about this one

I have this keyboard, it works well with both Bluetooth and USB connection, unfortunately though you cant pair this keyboard and the Logitech MX Master 3S together using the same USB receiver and I find the key switches a bit too noisy in a office environment

Seems like it was released in AU/NZ/JP first? So limited hands on reviews etc.

Just went out and bought one from office works
    Initial thoughts:

Aluminium top plate is very nice, feels pretty similar to my MX cherry red keys, key stability isn't great but won't bug you during typing, sound is loud enough you wouldn't want to bring it to work.

Typing feels great, very decent for $75

    • Does the packaging state anything about n-key rollover at all?

I know it's not a gaming keyboard but I have seen some user reviews of a similar logitech keyboard which would struggle with 3 inputs at once.

      • Just tested it then, up to 6-key rollover is fine (i only have so many fingers)
So I doubt you'll run into any issues.
This is on a laptop where both keyboard and mouse are connected thru bluetooth.
