    • Which devices are you connecting to the 2 ports when you face this issue?

      • Why? Are their known issues with some USB devices?

        • I'm not actually from ZyronTech, but it looks like they're trying to help you troubleshoot and to determine if you're charging two laptops/high powered device at the same time.

If the top two ports are occupied, the top one has a max output of 65w and second one has a max output of 35w.

      • @ibelievesyd The combination of 3 devices I've tested with are a Nintendo Switch, a Pixel 2 XL and an iPhone 14 Pro, so nothing that would be even close to exceeding what those ports should support simultaneously.

I can play around more with port combinations/devices if you'd like, but at the moment it seems like if things are plugged into the 1st, 3rd and 4th ports, everything seems to be fine. Just not the top 2 at once.

        • Individually the top 2 ports work fine? Have you tested plugging in the iPhone 14 Pro and Switch to C1 C2? Can you please test 3 devices other than the Pixel and see whether you face that looping issue?

          • @ibelievesyd: Interestingly I can no longer recreate the issue now that I'm back home in Australia. It was happening while in Thailand when I was using it in conjunction with one of the travel adapters I bought together in my order. Hopefully the charger itself is not faulty then? More than happy to be enlightened though if you have any other insights :)

But yes while the issue was happening, using the top 2 ports individually worked fine.
