That one will only do max 20w on each port. The one in this ad will do 100w on the two USB C ports when other devices aren't connected.
does anyone know if the charger is compatible with samsung fast charging?

I've seen it but couldn't find anything mentioning compatibility with Samsung PPS technology.
edit: based on the user reviews for 100w variant, I'm guessing the 120w is also compatible with PPS.
Is this safe?
Can't speak to this one, but a previous Kogan charger I bought barely lasted 2 years and fell apart, causing sparks and the wires from the main prong snapping off turning into a potential fire hazard. Kogan were beyond useless when I inquired about it
To cut the cost, they can reduce the materials, but before fire to attempt, the plastic cover should be able to handle very high temperature, hence the risk of fire is very low, unless they also cheap out the cover.
Another way of cuttin the cost is to cut the middle man and the brandy fee. If Kogan can direct from a good manufacturer, it's a bargain. But who can tell.
Dont buy kogan branded items
