Yes, indeed. 'Coz if there's one thing that Customs officials really don't like, and are sure to come down hard on, it's the importation of plastic ball point pens. o_O
Pens with tapered, hardened ends can be used as self defence weapons (to strike pressure points, fracture bones etc). They're usually called tactical pens. Not sure if they can be imported into Australia, but they do sell them here.

Yes, but there is no way in hell they would confiscate them, they are not prohibited items.
I think this site is a scam, took the money, didn't send the items and won't respond to emails or web enquiries. I have escalated my PayPal claim to a dispute and I suggest everyone else who also has not received anything to do the same.
