  My kid had to learn Python for school. What an awful language! Dynamic typing and significant whitespace is just the start. Come back Java, all is forgiven.

    I beg to differ, Python is much easier to pick up than Java. To a non-programmer, the line-by-line interpreting of Python is by far easier to understand than Java.

      It might be like English. Easier than most languages to pick up enough to be useful. Infuriatingly hard to master.
