These are made by Fugashin Shoemaker in Vietnam. British 'heritage' would be the style.
Where it's made is becoming less of a concern for dress shoes and it's more about how it's made. Some amazing bang for buck shoes coming out of SE Asia.

I've got a pair of the Barossa's in Light Brown - it's a British Tan, the gallery photos are spot on colour wise.
Not complaining, as suspect they are going to be very decent value @$262.
The free pig hair brush is about the same value as 5% off, so swings and roundabouts.
