Tried V11 and it was too heavy & tall
Would also like to know V8 vs V10 at a $170 price difference.
Keeping in mind the V8 appears to come with 7 extras, while the 10 comes with 9 extras. Though I'd suspect these are negligible.
Edit: Ended up going with the 10 based on Battery life expectancy and overall better performance. One of the comparison reviews I based my decision on.

For just hard wood floors and maybe pet hair going up the V numbers going to matter much? carpet wise i'm sure but hardwood floors prob not need as much oomph?
Yeh not really. It’s a case of diminishing returns here. Better suction but not worth the extra $$
I pulled the trigger on V11 yesterday at their online store for $888.00. Going through ebay today would be $849.00, however, through their online store they drop for "FREE" the detailing kit. Anyways, at the end of the day I ended up paying $39 for the detailing kit.
Thoughts on V11? I read and saw a LOT of videos before pull the trigger after my old Black & Decker died!you missed out on this deal, came with the free dok & $100 visa card

I pull the trigger on this one as well and just checked and Dyson has a 45 days return policy, so I will be returning the V11 and get the V15 for $60 more. Thanks @exidez
The V10 is also $679.15 for those wanting to spend less for still a good vacuum.
