    The Westpac lounge says bonus 10% cashback but cannot find timings for that. Maybe its at the same time as above.

    • It's already started and runs for the rest of the day. Shows 'Ends in 14 hours' in the Westpac Lounge.

      I can't see a member limit for First Choice either….just says cap of $20. Maybe @Gotyourback can comment on this and clarify?

    • yes, mine stuffed up when ordering. Debited the money but didn't put the order through as it had an error message. Lucky I kept clicking load until it finalised then still had an error, took a few more gos to get it to load properly and show the sale info.

    update tried again this time "There was an error finalising your purchase" 'you will not be re-charged' well you (profanity) charged me (profanity)

    • that happened to me, you had to resubmit the button again and it finally worked after a few goes. Yes, they charged, but you had to hit the button until it showed the transaction info

  • Placed an order 2 hours ago, still waiting for the tracking email

    • don't hold your breath, called customer service they can see it has charged they can give me an order number but no they don't know whether it will actually transition into an order, I mean FFS what the hell it has charged me & you are giving me an order number even though it doesn't show on my account, call back in an hour, yeah sure I love you wasting my time, that's it no more lastchoiceliqor it's Dan's all the way from now on

    Hey all, got some word from First Choice that they're having some issues with checkout at the moment that they're working on getting fixed up ASAP. Will update when I hear more!

      Anything on multiple transactions or whether the limit is per transaction or per member/account gyb? (Both for the normal 25% and the Westpac bonus?

    • also found that the tracking amount is a bit short. I purchased something for $45, tracked as $10.09, but I worked out it should be $10.22 (on $40.90 without GST). Not much I know, but still? Also, as below is the cap per transaction or per member, as in the title? I can't find in the app or website where it says per member, but don't want to take chances

        Per transaction for this one, mate! Can't see anything on my end indication it's capped per member.

        • is there any reason the tracking is slightly below the 25%? more like 24.47% on the pre GST amount? I have done 3 transactions of $45 and they are all tracking slightly below the 25% pre GST…out by approx $0.13 each transaction (below what it should be)

    • @gotyourback obviously out of your control but given the number of issues myself &others experience with their site I'm sure cashback tracking must be fun, 2nd call after an email saying my goods are still in my cart hmmmm they finally found the order & will put it through with a new order number they tell me it shouldn't stop the shopback tracking but I'm not so sure we shall wait and see

      • hi when does the bonus cashback get tracked? I got $20 tracked for 25%, however not the bonus 10%? I paid with Westpac card.

        • Usually this tracks shortly after your original Cashback tracks, however on occasion it can take 1-2 business days to track from Westpac's end. If you haven't received this by Tuesday, let me know and I'll be happy to chase this up for you mate!

              @knobbs: That'd be up to First Choice, I'll let the team who work with them know of the interest! Alternatively, Liquorland has 25% Cashback + 10% Bonus Cashback via the Westpac Lounge with $20 caps on both as well from 12pm-6pm today if that suits.
