Great colour printer that I bought to replace my fried HP MFP M477fdw (lightening strike). Great price and fast delivery. Has low print costs but replacement toners are expensive. Note this model doesn’t have fax or duplex scanning, only duplex printing. If you want these you need the HP MFP M479fdw https://www.mediaform.com.au/hp-color-laserjet-pro-mfp-m479f… for $870 (also a great price). Free pickup SYD or about $15 delivery for non-metro QLD.

Confirmed and bought. Paid $681.77.
Receipt and already collected.
No stock at Officeworks and can’t be ordered on line!
HP? enjoy waking up to it software bricked one day for more profits.
What happened to your HP printers?
My HP2015N is still going strong after I lost memory how old it was.
Probably 15 years+ ?
cherish that printer! the newer ones have vastly more engineering put into the DRM than being good printers in the first place, to lock you into their
extremely
overpriced cartridges.
oh and also this very anti-consumer and anti-earth subscription thing.
i have the one before this and yes… its very tight down on genuine chipped drm carts
i mean you would expect this, they are gear towards businesses
Great MFP and a great price. Enterprise class device.
Yeah I’ve got one of these for home
Upgraded from a basic Canon and this is way way better
If looking to purchase I’d just double check whether this model has the wireless printing as there is some variation in the models which isn’t readily evident (I think the “w” in the model number relates to this but worth double checking if that’s your requirement)
i think anyone who has worked enterprise or truly large level printing then yes, you will like stuff from HP or Lexmark or one of the majors… they're expensive but i aint paying and the stuff just works without much messing around
i have a personal laserjet pro and its just leagues better in functionality over my fuji xerox/brother… but it costs

Even the compatible toners are soooo expensive!
Pretty consistent with other commercial colour laser toners…
Holy crap the cartridge prices are obscene!
with new firmware no more compatible toners.
IDK, the replacement cartridges are $300 for a 7500 page cartridge… x4…
These aren't enterprise devices, especially when other brands like Kyocera have genuine cartridges with 25 000 prints for $230…
This printer needs to be discounted because the price reflects that you'll be paying VERY dearly when those starter cartridges run out.
Ya, i wouldnt say this is a bargain at all.
Lexmark xc4240 would be another option to this, albeit a little more expensive. Its cheaper to run, faster, begter resolutions, and not HP
Lexmark xc4240 would be another option to this, albeit a little more expensive.
Quite the understatement there. Appears it's 3 times more expensive.
How does this compare against the Brother laser printers? Was looking at the MFC-L8690CDW or MFC-L8900CDW primarily due to high price of HP consumables
I have always bought HP printers but the compatibility of cartridges on these recent models concerns me now. What other brands are worth considering for home/office/kids? Thanks
Can price beat both at Officeworks
