    Yes. I've bought different 3M tape from Officeworks that came on the same dispenser. It's refillable - it just stretches apart around the roll of tape. It's pretty flimsy though.

  Heavy duty as in it's made like they used to make it 20 years ago before they got the technology to make it 20 times thinner than a human hair. I wonder how many people are driven to insanity trying to find the end of the crap tape they sell now?
