Batman Arkham City for PS3 for £14.99 + 99p delivery which according to XE works out to be around $23.85 delivered (plus any currency conversion costs if you are not using 28 degrees). Not a bad price for a great game. Currently $39 at JB hifi.

Yes the goty edition is being released on the 7th of september but not sure where you got $35..its listed for £30 which with delivery comes out at $46.
