    • I assume as with me you signed up for another account? I just went to check today because no shipping notifications yet, and the account has been deleted… payment was taken when I ordered… Curious how yours is going?

      • Yes, the missus signed up for an account. Same delivery address but different emails. Haven't received it yet, but the other box took a few days to get to me (I'm in Adelaide, just outside the CBD).

        • I did get Australia Post shipping notifications when I ordered previously, but this time nothing and as I said, I can't log into the accounts as they aren't found, yet if I test with the signup page they fail because already in use… I guess I'll give it a few more days but I'm a little concerned that they just took my cash and deleted the accounts/orders!

          • @evanssm2jp: I just signed in to my partner's GetWinesDirect account. In the order view menu it shows the red mystery box and says it was dispatched. Not sure what's going on with your order. Did you pay with a card? Maybe double check and see if funds were deducted. If not, maybe they just cancelled the order.

            • @MrRobot: I paid with Paypal and have the invoices / credit card was charged…but no account to log into and no emails since… I guess I'll need to reach out to them..

              • @evanssm2jp: Contacted support via the chat and they provided the tracking number so all looks ok except for the dead accounts!
