My 3k points were never paid last time. Called up..waited the 4 weeks. Nothin. Report to OCBA… Repeat.
Reach out to flybuys on twitter, had my points sorted out after sending just 1 message, within 24h
Same. Advised they didn’t appear in the app upon purchase. Advised wait until the campaign finishes. Waited. Phoned again. Advised wait 3 weeks. Waited. Now I’ve got an email with them with screenshot of item purchased, date of transaction etc etc.
Why doesn’t it apply immediately???
It should be instant.
Prices aren’t that good anyway.
