Negging based on previous experience dealing with this company.
I purchased a 3D Touch auto-leveling sensor from them previously. The sensor itself was faulty as it would sometimes go out of sync with the probe and then, go into an error state and fail the whole leveling process.
I raised this with the company with photos and videos of the operation and they gave me the best reply:
So I then asked them how having a sensor going into an error state (and blinking red to visually show you that it's in an error state) mean there is "no problem"? Of course, they completely ghosted me after that.
Thank god I paid with PayPal. I raised a dispute which I ended up winning with the exact same photos and videos. Never going to buy from them again.
