Found this on their facebook - they're already almost always the cheapest, so 5% more off is a great bargain.
Note that on their facebook they've also hinted in comments that they might apply the 5% off even if you've already ordered (t&c's say you can't) - worth asking, see their facebook.

  • I didn't even think to post this coupon code on OzB, only used it the other day to further discount an already discounted Bosch pyro oven. Delivered next day! AO are truly awesome!

  • I've had good service from them in the past so + from me. Pity I needed a replacement in a hurry earlier this month. Maybe I'll try for a retrospective discount. :) When you compare prices across suppliers remember to include delivery cost in the comparison. Also any cost of disposing the old appliance, which AO will take away at no charge.

I just dropped $233 on a fridge from them a week ago. Why does this keep happening to me?

ring them up, they may honor the discount anyway

+1 to appliancesonline, fantastic company to deal with.

    • agree great service including phone service with a real person to speak to

You'll get better discount by calling them to negotiate. Not difficult to quote cheaper prices elsewhere and they will not only price match it, they will throw in more discount, including free shipping if you're lucky. I do that all the time. I never buy online without negotiating.

    • They will definitely match prices if you can provide a link to a cheaper price.

However, you don't really need to be lucky to get free delivery as they offer this to most areas anyway.

    • That was not what I experienced just few weeks ago. I negotiated the prices for washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave, and vacuum cleaner, all in one order, but even then I can only get less than 5% discount. Called them today as suggested by ttwaite to get the 5%, but they're just plainly refuse to do that. Not a happy customer.

      • I recently purchased from Appliances Online and contacted them regarding the possibility of being reimbursed the 5% as I didn't receive the 5% off e-mail until the same day my item was delivered.

I was told that they will not honour the 5% discount if they have already lowered the price via a price match.

A bit disappointing, however their service is great and most importantly they deliver when they say they will.

  • Always on sale is slightly cheaper for me, even after code

Bought two items from them, a dishwasher and a washing machine as they always work out to be the cheapest with stock. They allow you to choose preferred delivery date and rings you up before the delivery to tell you they'd be around in half an hour or so. Friendly,as well and handily takes away the old appliances. Very happy. Thanks OP, I need a new stove top.

Bought some stuff 2-3 weeks ago and got it delivered on the 20th. Rang them up and no problem getting the 5%. Dont even have to like them on Facebook, just mention you saw it. Easiest 5 mins and scored $140. Thanks guys :D

  • Thanks.
I'll be getting the Dyson DC29 with bonus turbine head.

    Cheers

Sounds like an awesome company to deal with according to these comments

Yeah pretty damn happy with them. Best prices (when factored in with delivery fees or having to hire a trailer etc). Most of their stuff is cheaper and includes free delivery and they will hook it up for you (not exactly hard) but they will also remove your old appliance and dispose of it free of charge. Really like them and they give you a call that day of delivery and give a 2 hour window so you can be home. Was told midday-2pm and two lads rocked up at 1pm. Very happy with them and will recommend them heavily and use them in the future.

I've had one experience with them: a new washing machine. The delivery guys turned up on time, carried the heavy (70kg) machine into the house and connected it. Not bad at all for having ordered the machine 2 days prior on a Sunday, and AO had the best price.

  • Just ordered a fridge and washing machine for my new house. Hope they're good!

    • ditto!

  • Thanks! Just saved $50.
