Since I normally purchase CDs from them - ADDED that MANY arriving are cheaper ASIAN VERSIONS with no guarentee of Australian versions, Wow may lose some business with these fees. Sure I understand that it costs $$ to ship - but the decision to purchase single CDs from them is now not a big option - wait til JB has a sale !
you guys sure? when I clicked checkout it came up as Australia was free post, maybe cause I did over 60, but try go further into checkout process see if it does?

This site is one of the worst! I ordered a whole bunch via the UK website and 85-ish% arrive with the discs loose in the case! No more WOW for me. Zavvi and Amazon!

Bad experience, terrible customer service, order arrived 3 months later after numerous emails.
So, I ordered a game from them, after a week it said it was shipped. Two weeks later, it hadn't arrived, emailed them to see what was up, they said I'll have to wait 'til three weeks before they can investigate with their couriers. Third week was up, emailed them again, they didn't give a reason as to why my order hadn't arrived, but they offered a refund IN STORE CREDIT, or to dispatch another order for me, so I went with another order as I didn't want store credit. Received an email to confirm my new order, but after a week, it still hadn't been dispatched, so I emailed them again. Their response was they were out of stock, and I had to wait a month before they were able to get more stock…A couple of years ago, a book went missing and as I forgot it was coming, I failed to notify them within 45 days of shipping. Tthey shipped me a replacement anyway, and as it turned out, the first one had been sitting at the local post office all along. They also replaced a "faulty" music CD and broken Blu-ray box quickly.
So no qualms about their after sales service.
no more free shipping… that was IMO the only benefit in ordering from these guys. i was happy to wait a month for my stuff cos shipping was free, but now i have to pay shipping there are more effiecient places to order from.
Thanks to tonyjg's tip, I ended up ordering through their UK site and not only was there no shipping, the conversion was cheaper than the Australian web price!
I actually went via the HK site - it had the 15% off and free shipping.
