  Have had this phone for just over a year. Definitely has its pros in terms of multitasking and cool factor, but what has completely killed it for me is the rubbish battery life. If I'm going to use the big screen, which is the primary feature of a phone like this, I pretty much have to be tethered to a charger. The problem is that there is very little reason to use the phone in its closed form as the screen is too narrow and tiny to be useful at all. I had thought about upgrading to the Fold 4, as it is supposed to have superior battery life, but I decided to go with the new s23 Ultra instead. I don't use the big screen enough to justify the extra expense, and I also like the idea of having decent cameras (the ones on the Fold are average at best). Not to mention the complete shite of a screen protector on the big screen… It was fun to have for a while, but I'm over it. So I'm trading it in (unless I can get a better price with a private sale) for the old slab form factor.

    I've had a 2 and 4 and I agree with "Not to mention the complete shite of a screen protector on the big screen…"

    The battery was better on my fold2 than my fold4 but apparently both better than the 3!

  Buyer beware. My experience with Samsung for after sale warranty service is very poor. This is usually the best way to judge a company and in case Samsung has failed.

  My big mislike with new Samsung mobiles is that they dont have memory card slot. I'm still using the Galaxy s9 plus. It has 256GB but I have installed a 256GB card.

  Yeah nah… Far too fragile. Repairs cost 900 to fix my one that just stopped folding
