  • Also seems to be Buy 1, get 1 Half Price on boxsets.

But go figure, Hobbit Trilogy counts in the 25% off, not as a boxset!

  • Cheers was saving up my Perks vouchers just for this.

Fyi Bogof is likely coming, in 3 months

Shame the new and upcoming release section is about as bare as I have ever seen it…. particularly in 4k.

    • Do you think high quality physical releases will only happen for high quality films and this is the first sign?

I'd have thought they would try to fill this lull with back catalogue….

But I'm starting to think that the writing is on the wall personally.

Yeah and two of those are Wankanda "movies"

Weak. Remember, there’s buy 1 get 1 free blu-rays at least once a year (50% off essentially).

    • Hardly weak, that will happen again, as it does annually. Like mentioned above.

      Regularly this was 20%.

  • Do the old perks vouchers still work and if so can they be used together with other discount codes?

I haven't spent any of the past few as there hasn't been anything I needed to buy until now.

    • Perks have an expiry date

      • Thanks. Also can the coupon code be used in store?

  • Anyone has suggestions for a 4k bluray player, dare i ask a budget one lolz

    • See if anyone is selling a cheap Xbox One S or Xbox One X on marketplace/gumtree etc.

They do a pretty decent job, plus can play games.
I've been using the One X as my main 4k/Blu Ray/DVD player for about 5 years or so and it's still going strong.

Only significant capability it lacks is Dolby Vision. As a plus, it supports all audio types including Dolby Atmos and DTS:X

    • Cheapest I can think of is the Panasonic DP-UB150GN-K. Currently $235 on Amazon. I managed to get one for $199 a few months back.

Its nothing flash but it works fine.
