We got ours for less than $1k in Nov 2020. Unbelievably low price at a local retailer's major annual sale made we wonder what the problem was with it. Did some quick research as last one available and I couldn't find any showstoppers so we bought it. It's a great oven - especially the self cleaning function (which requires a fair bit of work to remove rails and shelves for manual cleaning while the oven is "self-cleaning").

It's the same as ours. The user manual for this one via Appliances Online is the same user manual I have.
It ended up being floor stock… but only because I took time to do some research before committing and I ended up getting the last one and it was on display. I checked it thoroughly before committing and would have rejected if there were any marks but it was perfect. And unlike a TV etc, you know it hasn't actually been used day and in day out.
I thought at the time the RRP must have been heavily overstated but it turned out we were just in the right place at the right time.
PS just found receipt, same model number and we paid $978 on 27 Nov 2020.
I own this and can confirm it's great. Love the meat probe that comes with it.
FYI its $2676 at TGG Commercial. Not sure on stock availability though
