Hope you're not in any hurry to get the game. With this much traffic going on it might take days or even weeks before you see it. You and every body else is trying to get the same games.

Problem is if even one does that the stores will run out of stock quick smart.
It says "a copy of the order confirmation" will be required when picking up. I don't have a printer or anything, will they still let me have my game? I've already payed.

You might be able to get away with showing them the order confirmation on a phone. Or just write down the confirmation number on a piece of paper and say that you have an online order but didn't have access to a printer. They should want to know the confirmation number.

their available on both, you have to search it, even though it shows at a higher price, it will show as $16 when u click on it to view in detail.

They go on about steam making games too cheap and then in the space of 6 months their games are worthless after so many people spent 70-80 to get it on release. At least COD holds its price after this massive price drop i will never bother buying a new release :/

Yeah, no confirmation here too (pickup at Broadway) - dropped into the store and the girl at the counter said she hadn't received the order yet - she said they're normally received & approved within 10 minutes.
This is worrying. Hopefully the order actually went through properly on their end.

I got my two confirmation emails within 25mins of ordering. The ordering system must have crashed since then.
Am i still supposed to be on the checkout page after i confirm my purchase….
It should be saying that the order is complete or something like that and give the option to print out the order confirmation. If not then the ordering system might have crashed.

Got Assassins Creed, but BF3 changed prices on me after i got the order confirmation, any chance of a refund?
If the order confirmation is saying $16 that's what you will be getting BF3 as even though the price on the website changed after you got the confirmation.

i also got the email about 21 days, but just got a pick up confirmation about an hour ago. I bought BF3.
And whilst I was picking up, a Samsung rep was there demonstrating some Samsung stuff, and I got a 2GB USB drive for answering a short survey. =D

Just pick up my Assassin's Creed: Revelations from HN Broadway and it is an European edition.
What's the difference?
I just picked up Battlefield 3 (1 copy for PS3 and 1 for Xbox 360), Uncharted 3 and Saints Row The Third (PS3). The former two were PAL-UK copies disguised under AUS-PAL stickers, and also were not sealed. The latter two, however, were both sealed and brand new AUS-PAL copies.
I was a bit annoyed about the UK Battlefield 3 copies and asked about whether I could get brand new Aussie copies, so the guy gathered all Battlefield 3 copies in-stock in the store. All twenty or so of them were PAL-UK. Yet all the copies of Saints Row and Uncharted 3 in the store were AUS-PAL, so perhaps Harvey Norman imports for the more popular games (like COD, Mass Effect and obviously Battlefield 3).
I received order confirmation last night but no pick up confirmation yet :(
Really irritating as I'll be in Broadway later coincidentally.
My copy of Assassin's Creed: Revelations PS3 was Region 2. Will there be any problems with this? Uncharted 3 and Saints Row Third are Region 4.
Region 2 games generally work fine on Australian ps3 as they are both pal format and the same blu ray region. If you don't want multiple Psn accounts always import from a uk supplier. It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of people's assassins creed are uk copies
The code on the region sign of the spine is what you need to check if it's compatible, when you log into Psn and buy dlc it will tell you that you need that same code

Picked up sr3 and uncharted today they were sealed pal au copies my other order of bf3 and assassins wasn't ready for pickup apparently.
HN facebook hid/deleted my comment after complaining after realising that their online sale was 2-8pm "EST", so I rang my local HN store here in Western Australia and simply explained the situation… kudos as he said I'll put them aside and come on down… how do you like them apples!

just got a confirmation from HN, pick up won't be ready for anotather NINE (9) days! Not happy.
Went down to Broadway last night and the guy explained to me (like I was thick) that when lots of people order lots of the same product they run out of stock so I would have to wait until they got more stock in. I asked him why the online shop shows stock and he said that's how the online system works <- what's the point in having it then, seems like it's not me that's thick.
So I'm now left wondering how long it will be until I get my stuff.
Finally got a mail - 9 day delay…
Should of chose delivery, They use Express shipping and my order is arriving by today.
