I'd love to see this at the $1k-1100 mark. Crap in one hand and crap in the other, i know lol. I'd buy one at that price point. Still seems a bit high for me personally.
It is a beautiful monitor however. Specs are decent but a G9 nano quantum is also nice being hdr2000 now and $500 more. I just can't justify a 34" at this price. But have an upvote anyway ☺

    • Also waiting till its worth it. even if DWF could hit $1,200 i am in.

With more reviews on the LG 27" 240hz oled now, this still looks like the better option.

I would be open to Lg 42" C2 around $1,100 if it gets that low before all stock gone. But being into fast fps shooters worried this size would break my brain.

$167.9 then im buying. Get to it.

    • Isn’t that muzeeb?

  • The F version without g sync I believe is still available direct from Dell for 1500

    • It's also either the same in most areas or slightly better. A great monitor at $1500. I was hoping we would see a 240Hz successor this year too but Samsung stopped at this panel despite it being a smash hit. Only the 49 inch panel will be 240Hz.

    • It just doesn't have the gsync module but it still gsync compatible :)

  • I bought this monitor from the last JB deal however I sold this monitor straight away.
I'm a big fan of IPS monitors and I do 50% web browsing 30% watching media 20% gaming.
Once I got this monitor I realise the brightness and color tone isn't as good as my DELL IPS monitors.
I prefer a blueish tone rather than warm torn and this monitor got a bit warm torn that I can't really fix in the OSD menu.
also, the subpixel layout is like a triangle type so It was very hard to read the texts compare to the IPS for me.
I think this is a really good monitor for media consumption and gaming but you'd better consider it again or try the actual monitor before you buy if you want to use this monitor for web browsing.
Finally, I got the AW3821DW and I really like this model. it's a bit better than what I mainly used before which is U3219Q.
This is just my opinion and I know everyone got different preferences so please don't be aggressive with my comment! haha

    • I am waiting for the AW3821DW to be at a decent price… last year there were deals for $1200 and $1500… somewhere near there and I am getting it.

      • luckily I got a new one(a replacement unit from dell for the warranty) from my friend for $1200. Very Very Happy with this monitor. Good luck with your purchase!

    • For me it's way better than my previous Asus rog IPS monitor and on par with my LG OLED tv, it's fantastic. That said I did tweak the system font which completely fixes the text issue (which is caused by windows inaccurate font rendering actually)

    • Did you try cleartext? It was slightly blurry for me too, but running cleartext fixed it.

      • Yep, I tried but still, the monitor makes my eyes a bit tired for some reason.
my wife doesn't know much about the computer and she even said the webpage looks a bit blurry.
Maybe we have very picky sensitive eyes! haha
