There's just no way this is 7000 ansi lumens. Plus the contrast ratio will be awful. Great for presentations, maybe, home theatre… won't compare to one with real specs.

But it looks cheap and cheerful, just don't be surprised when it looks washed out, pixelated and everything except cartoons looks crap.

    • +4

Like most of these cheap no-name projectors the specs are outright lies, and the image quality will be worse than your phone. (And as loud as a lawnmower).

But for $100… I can see the appeal.

For projecting lights onto your house or as a toy for the kids or something, maybe?

    • +5

Maybe when you project it to the size of a postage stamp it is effectively 70000 ansi lumens.

  • +2

    300" screen???

    • OP you need to remove 'with 300" Screen'.

That implies it comes with a separate screen, in addition to the projector.

But the actual listing just says it can project an image up to that size.

(300" is a hilarious lie, by the way, that's bigger than the side of a truck. Even if you have such a big wall/screen in your house, this won't actually project a watchable image that size, it'll be too washed out and dim to see what's happening. A much better real brand-name budget projector for 7 times this price already looks a little dim at 150 inches).

Look like a scam to me.

    • Fulfilled by Amazon, not a scam - you’ll receive it

      • +20

        You will receive something.

        • I don’t know much about projectors… what’s the doubt here can someone please explain?

          • +2

@I Smell Pennies: THe main issue i have are the 7000 lumens. A projector with such an output can't be that cheap.

          • @I Smell Pennies: They are offering you a new Bugatti for 40 grand. Its not possible to have those specs for that price.

  • +1

what the… this is too cheap to be legit.

  • +8

This was $70 this morning 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    They up’d the price LMAO

    • +1

why u didnt post it when it was cheap as 70 bucks????!!!!!

      • -3

I don’t know much about projectors, didn’t think it was cheap 🫣

      • +1

        That was the regular price.

    • -1

Wait forget what I said, @nicholasv remember when I showed you this for $19 the other day 😂😂😂

  • +2

2 five stars rating in the last couple of weeks, interesting

    • +1

      Both fake too
The AP-020 on Amazon actually has legitimate reviews but no $150 off

    • +1

      None from verified purchase.

      • +1

Lol what a terrible seller. Don't they know they're mean to hijack another listing to get reviews? Or mail 10c items to random people to fake verified purchases?

    • I bought a projector and was offered $50 gift card for a 5 star review.

  • +3

Seems to be too good to be true

    • +1

Throwing away $100 doesn't seem too good to me haha

    • Just got it today. It is legit. Happy with the purchase.

  • +2

Showing up as $249 for me.

    • Coupon code ended

    • You should have a check box to apply the $150 promo and it will show at checkout

      • +2

Think its disappeared. It's missing for me too now. Was there originally.

        • Yeah it's gone,

          • @interfreak: I don't see the checkbox anymore either..

Updated, I see it again, I give up

    • +12

But that one is 9500 chumens!

Ahh Chinese spec sheets. Where the specs are made up and the points don't matter.

  • Some of these cheap Chinese projectors are decent if you don’t expect the world - likely a 720p projector that is fine for casual TV and movies where you don’t care about seeing every detail in 4K.

  • +3

I missed out on a 7000 chumen projector plus screen, a cheap lap table, AND a free outdoor light in the space of a few hours

Majorly bummed need to hand in my ozbargain badge

  • Maybe 7000 ansi lumens is possible only when projection size is set at its minimum, which is 40"…?

  • But is it 3d compatible? 🤔

  • Just got mine an hour ago and I am blown away! This is much better than Clokowe one. Let’s see how long this lasts.

    • How is it better?

Do you own the clokowe one too?

This is at 2:20pm with sheer (not blackout blinds).

I returned the clokowe one. Couldn’t take Inaccurate colours. Bingo’s colour was pink but no issue with this one.

        • +1

How many inches is that pic? Thanks for sharing by the way.

        • What size projection is that?

I'm doing 120". It's pretty dim during the daytime. Fine at night.

I probably wouldn't want it brighter at night.

How is the Keystone adjustment? The clokowe is horrible so I don't use it

  • 48”. That’s because of the distance to the wall.

    • At 48" brightness is fine.

But that's so small you're better off with a TV.

I have the projection screen in front of my TV since I couldn't afford anything bigger than an 85" tv, so got the projector as a supplement

      • I don’t have money for the TV. This was $99.

At night it projects like crazy.
