    So if I use eBay gift cards to partially pay for an order, will I still be able to get the full 10% cash back as listed, or will it be lower?

      Provided you still use your linked Westpac card for some of the payment the full purchase amount will be tracked at 10%.

    Can someone from Shopback clarify if you can use eBay promo codes like PLUSFEB2 or SFEB17 for example with these cashbacks?

    I ask as I've been wondering why I haven't been getting many of the bonus offers on my account paid out, after fulfilling the correct purchase amount. Then when I go through my cashback activity I see the eBay purchases say "$0.00 Rejected". Only thing I can think of is that I used an eBay promo code on the purchase, but shouldn't these still track?

      1% Cashback with Coupon + [Westpac] 10% Bonus.

      If cashback is being rejected completely there may be some other issue affecting your tracking.

        So which is it? Can you use ebay promo codes or not when shopback bonuses are offered? Because it feels like whoever's running Shopback is picking and choosing what suits them.

        Btw, every low ball item like $0.06, $0.13 etc cashback tracks perfectly… but when there's a bonus or higher payout, they're rejected.

          Yes, “unless otherwise stated” is also mentioned in the notes so unless a deal states that cashback is eligible on code usage (like this one), it’s safe to assume there will be no cashback if you use a code.

          If you search in here you’ll find cashback deals were no promo codes are specifically stated.

            @MaximumEffort777: Right so it's pretty much safe to say then that using eBay codes with Shopback is a no-no (which wasn't the case in the past), and basically makes Shopback now redundant as there are so many eBay discount codes all the time.

            It use to be good that you could always stack codes and bonuses… now you have to read the fine print and they can just reject the cashback especially on the bigger ones like $10, like most of mine have been.

              @pixxelpusher: Hey there mate, with all our stores, the stores can opt to have certain discount codes stackable with Cashback, or certain sale periods where all promo codes are valid. To check on a code you might like to use when making a purchase, if you check the "Promo" section of the Cashback details for the brand you're shopping with on our website. Defs keep an eye out as upsizes that have the ability to stack all codes usually get some visibility on here, and note that it's down to the individual store to decide which, if any, codes are valid to stack with Cashback. Lmk if you have any q's about this, happy to help where I can.

          same happened to me, order details is showing order placed at 11:58 PM but payment info going through at 12:03 AM.

          i've opened a support ticket with shopback to see what they can do.

    Has anyone got their previous westpac bonus transactions confirmed yet? The ebay transaction is confirmed for me but not thr westpac bonus. It's still stuck in pending for a lot of them.

        Am catching up on DMs so will take a look ASAP, but for the meantime they can take a few extra business days from the Cashback being confirmed for the Bonus Cashback to be processed, so best to wait a few days before getting concerned. Will take a closer look ASAP.

          It's been over a week and I am still missing the Westpac bonuses from my purchases on the 11th. The eBay 10% tracked fine.

          The Westpac bonuses from my purchases on the 14th tracked the day after.

      You just get the Choice account. Comes with a virtual debit card so you can access these deals immediately. Unless you are under 30 or 55+ and retired you will need to deposit $2000 per month (can withdraw immediately) or pay a fee.
