How can you go wrong for $15? Figured I'd give it a shot. Other colours available at a higher price.

I bought one just to make bread. Guess it will last a long time since I wont cook anything else in it

  I bought one last year for the exact reason. It didn't work so I haven't used it since LOL. Not blaming the pot but felt defeated after all the effort that went into making a sourdough starter and then proofing the bread :(

    Sourdough is a bitch, especially that "artisan" stuff on youtube videos. I bake sourdough in my Panasonic breadmaker - a multigrain mix covered in seeds, sensational toast for breakfast. A couple of extra steps to feed the starter and apply the seed, and much longer rise time, but the machine makes it easy.

    I use this for sourdough. I threw away probably 20 failed loaves, but now making 2 loaves every 2 days. Don't give up, it's worth it! Feel free to PM me for tips.

I think this is the exact (or very similar) one my friend got from Coles 2 years ago for about $10 on clearance. I can't say how good the quality is as I don't think he ever used it. Lol
