    Still no email from them requesting my postal address to send the $10 Shell gift card to… sent them an email on Monday saying I still haven't heard back, it's now Friday and still nothing. Almost 9 days now since claiming it. They keep saying in the emails that they'll respond within 3 business days, but don't.

    Anyone here that claimed the Shell gift card actually receive this email from them yet?

    Finally got my Mydeal giftcard just now. Redeemed on Monday, empty form giftcard email received on Tuesday. I didn't not contact customer service at all. Be patient!

        It's mostly those Thrill vouchers available now but I did spin a couple more Shell gift cards on Wednesday (claimed a second one, still haven't received the first one nor heard back from them further).

        Same. There are so many more meal combos with the Thrill vouchers. I ignore all the Thrill vouchers. It's a terrible deal considering there's no Thrill experiences for $20. Using the $20 voucher on a $200 experience is like 10% off which is a terrible bargain compared to previous OzBargain deals.

      No luck here too regarding shell fuel card and eftpos card. Tried to call the contact number but got the automated response so emailed them, got the automated wait 3 business days reply and still nothing. This was a week ago too. The thing is, I paid for the meal with the intention of receiving the gift card, would never have gotten the overprice meal without the gift card… stating to wonder if this was a cashflow exercise for them to generate some working capital with no intentions to fulfil their obligations.

    I am on the same boat with the Shell $10 voucher. No code after 3 days so I emailed HJ. Got a generic reply claiming that they will respond within 3 days. Gave them 10 days and still no code. Emailed them again yesterday but this time not even the generic reply.

    Won this $10 Shell voucher again yesterday but this time I didn't accept it. Don't want to go through this chit twice at the same time.

      It's not a code, it's physical $10 Shell gift cards they're posting out. Still haven't received mine either weeks later, but they quickly replied to my email yesterday after I asked what's going on, saying they'll now proceed with the dispatch. Of course I still haven't heard back about the second one I claimed last Wednesday, need to chase them up for that one now too, sigh.

    Still no response to providing my address for two other emails.

    Zero communication from them despite repeated attempts. Worst marketing agency ever. Make no mistake, the blame lies with "TLC Worldwide" - and I guess HJs themselves for not getting more pissed at them for handling the promo so poorly.

    I received the shell gift card today. I never got a reply back after emailing my address so wasn’t sure if I would be getting it. I’m still waiting on the efpos card after providing my details.
