    • Probably me. But not yet. I got off chat just now. My order was put on hold because they have issues with charging. (I used debit card and have the exact $$ amount only. Not sure if thats related). Funds were held but released this morning. They could not charge again as I have changed my account setting to BPAY already. So chat said someone from their accounts area will contact me. My order did not progress to fullfilment (yet).

      • I paid through CC and payment went through right away on both orders. Still no shipping info yet.

    • You will not receive an invoice until they send it. If you want an invoice earlier (but probably not earlier) as they’ll likely be fulfilled today or if you think maybe it got cancelled. Email your payment and order number to [email protected] and find out if it was in fact cancelled.

    • You can’t until it’s activated see the purchase date. It is because the activation date is the date you open and set it up normally.

    • Should've IMEI in the invoice email. Someone mentioned earlier to check with that on Apple website.

        Many off which will forget to turn off auto renewal or are simply just too lazy to switch to a cheaper provider.

      I dont believe Amaysim would have held that much stock. It must be Apple authorising Amaysim to offload stock. So Amaysim actually sold a lot of plans as a result.

    Hi guys, I have the phone with me!

    I ordered a white 128GB Tuesday at 6 pm.
    Receive tracking number Wednesday at 11 pm.
    Out for delivery Thursday at 8 am.
    Delivered 10:30 am.
    I live in Melbourne West, 20 min from the Airport.

    Ordered a 128GB white at 6pm Tuesday, still nothing on the AusPost app or any emails and I'm in metro Sydney. Jealous of all you guys who have received your phone already.

    • I would have bought more than one if not because of these bundled plans. Have zero use of additional plans and dont know how to on sell them, since the 90 days started from Tue even if the sim is no activated.

      • They’ll be a nightmare to sell. You need to fill out a pdf for you and the new owner to transfer.

        Aka. It isn’t worth it.

      • I have spoken to a rep and he said that the sim card's pre-activated and I just have to contact chat support again once I've actually activated the sim to restart the 90-day countdown.

  • So started getting delivery notifications from DHL for a package coming from the UK (Liverpool).
    Not a scam and is a legit tracking number destined for my location.

    • These items don’t send via DHL. They’re shipped via StarTrack.

      • Is there a chance they are bringing stock?

        • Highly unlikely anything DHL especially from the UK has anything to do with this.

        • Na they would ship them bulk to aus then reship. The cost to ship would be ridiculous otherwise. And the uk would be a pretty silly plan for an Australian telco to ship from. Instead of say. Hong Kong?

          I had to get it via chat after investigation. The invoice will only be delivered to your inbox once it is sent. I think fulfilment has slowed down.

    I got the 128GB, White model. MGE43X/A model number A2399. Looks like it's local stock, same as what TGG sells in stores.

    Came with a $2 SIM card too along with the eSIM from the purchase.

    • Can that starter Sim be used to port in your existing number? I selected a new number as my current plan expires in 1 month. But if the 90 plan is already activated, I'm thinking it may be better to just port in.

      • Have to get it done through customer service. They should port your existing number and then transfer this plan to it.

      • I have spoken to chat support and they said that the sim card and plan was pre-activated when we purchased it, but I can activate the sim card upon my phone's arrival and contact support again to renew my 90-day timer.
