  Currently using a pair of ASICS Kayano 27s in US 9, can you please recommend a size for a narrow foot?

    Hi v8james,

    Both the Kayano 27 and the Wave Inspire 18 are the standard D width unless specified, and they both fit true to size, so you should be alright going for a US 9 in these as well! However the Wave Inspire 18 has a slightly wider toe box, so you can consider an 8.5 if you think that would be more comfortable.
