    I did not receive the bonus point when I open the account. Tried to contact the support but the APP did not work properly.

      Same here
      Took forever to get the points.
      It took multiple calls(at an always busy single person call centet in Sydney) and chats via app left on unread for weeks.
      Not at all recommended for the hassle involved.

      I wonder for Virgin's savings account too that how will it help when you will ask for help.

    When I signed up recently, I hadn't used my account yet after a few days of it being open and they sent me an additional offer for 1750 points to make my first Apple Pay transaction.

      8 points per transaction, regardless of the size of the transaction. (it works with 1 cent transactions, I have tested it)

    Virgin money also have rewards points on debit card spend and a competitive 4.3% interest rate (4.6% with lock saver feature which means 1 month notice for withdrawals).

            @AwesomeAndrew: Yeah the links look different for each 10k offer. However they do have the same end date so maybe they just stack and you get 20k total? Have you done this before to verify they stack? Just not 100% on it

              @knobbs: No, you only get 10k, and if you use the referral the referrer also gets 5k. So just use the referral and give a random OzBargainer an extra 5000 points.

      Correct, T&C states it can only be debit card purchases or direct debits & excludes BPAY
