I have never played these games, but stumbled across the deal as part of Amazon's July sales. I figure you can't go too far wrong paying $4.99 for 20 games that are normally $154.80 (but I could be wrong).
They look to be casual games, along the line of Popcap titles.
As with all Amazon games, you must use a US address. There is no indication of these requiring Steam.
Having purchased this pack, I have also received an email from Amazon giving me a code to get a starter pack for War Inc.
