Equivalent to about an extra 2.85% off exactly $350

  • Better than nothing, it’s until 28 Feb, big Amazon shopper can easily reach this target in a month and it’s across multiple transactions

    • +5

Yes and no… What about all the 0% categories? I find a lot of my spend is there… Do those count? Doesn't look like it.

S&S orders won't count either unless they are started now (and have appropriate cb%)

Purchases that do not count towards this challenge;…
      purchasing excluded products/categories

      • +1

Yes, they count up to 0% worth.

    • almost 2500 participants and counting with only 500 rewards, risk not reaching your target in time

difficult keeping an eye on it as tracking takes time to update then you'd be making impulse purchases to meet the criteria which negates the small saving

feels like the only practical use is activate and forget, might be lucky enough for a small bonus

      • Yep, activate and forget.

Either nothing happens or you get a surprise bonus $10.

With this and the Coles deal the percentages are getting lower and lower

    • +9

Down down, the percentages are down

      • +3

Up up, profits are up! ⬆️ ⬆️

  • Does use gift card as a payment count or not?

    • Yes. It always does. Just not promo credit

I’ll flag this post so I can come back and see all
The “I never got my bonus cashback”
While people still use shopback is beyond me.

    • Each to their own I guess, but I’m yet to have a shopback transaction not track correctly.. had a couple of cheap ones on CashRewards not track, but shopback has always been good to me

    • -1

Only had them not track one cashback for me and they fixed it after I filed for the untracked cashback.

    • I had previously given up on them because about 60% weren't tracking but I starting using them again about a year ago and every one since then has tracked without hassle.

    • While people still use shopback is beyond me

According to my history I have earned over $2000 in cashback in the last 2 years. In all that time I had only 3 cashback rejected and 2 were due to returns from hundreds of transactions

  • +3

There is also another challenge spend $350 on eBay receive $10 bonus

  • Shopback is pushing people to CR. Much prefer CR's 3 bonus out of $30 gc. For three times of course.

    • +4

CR hasn't really been all that competitive in recent times beyond those $3 for $30 GC purchases, let's be honest. SB's promos have been quite aggressive in the last few months if my $ cashback history in both apps tell me anything.

  • +5

I feel this is one of those "let's sign up and forget only to be pleasantly surprised by $10 bonus if I happen to hit it"

  • +2

I’m usually a fan of ShopBack, but they could give at least 10% for these big amounts to reach. I don’t even bother.

  • +4

Is anyone else finding that shopback is becoming pretty useless for non westpac card holders?

    • become a westpac holder for it to become useful

    • Do you think this was not the intention all along ever since Westpac jumped into bed with SB?

  • +2

One day I'll wake up and this site will be called ozamazon or ozshopback, I swear. How could you call this a bargain?

    • +1

Agreed. $350 would turn me into a reseller of eneloops.

  • There's 3 more rewards left according to Shopback. I've just made a >$350 purchase but still waiting for it to track. Can I assume I've made the cut off or there's still a chance I've missed it if others are also waiting for tracking?
