    Just purchased with a Student Beans code, then moments later got refunded with an email from Catch: "We are writing to inform you that your recent purchase from https://www.catch.com.au Order: CXXXXX has not met our system's verification requirements. At Catch, we follow thorough payment guidelines for purchases and on this occasion the order failed. The above mentioned order has been cancelled and refunded. Should you require any further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team"

    Anyone else had this problem? Wondering if it got flagged for being an until-now dormant Catch account or something…

        Update again: Catch support actually came through and gave me an $80 store credit to make up for not being able to use the discount code again.

        Have placed the order again (using Paypal this time, not Apple Pay!) and I got an order confirmation email… so might be all good now?

    Curious if anyone has actually managed to successfully purchase this with the code. Considering my comment here https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/13292486/redir and Catch's rubbish support response not providing any clarity on why my order was cancelled, I'm suspecting they either have run out of stock already or they are not honouring the discount code.

          I ordered as part of the GoW bundle couple weeks ago using a long dormant catch account and paid with gift card. Maybe try paying with gift card instead?

            @tajid: Ahh true. Yeah the only problem is that my Student Beans code was "used up" in the failed order and they are no longer allowing me to use it again.

            Also - no way am I wanting to use a gift card for this now, if there's literally a risk of them cancelling my order for no good reason, and I'm stuck with a ~$750 gift card I can't even use for what I want, haha!
