Damn.. was in the market for an 8'4 softboard.. softech or Gboard… Have a 8ft log but need something to transition from a 9ft.
Even a MF softboard in 8ft6

  I saw someone shredding on an Oddosea(?) log, might be worth a look. Otherwise just work on your positioning in the water on the 8'.

    I have an 8ft log ATM. Definitely a tricky board for beginners! A softech zeppelin would have been a better buy to begin with!
