  • Can you stack it with $35 Shopback offer?

    • Good question…. According to terms & conditions it doesn’t :

Use only codes listed on ShopBack.

      $35 it’s for 100gb plan.

    • Locked in contact? Or can camel any time?

      • -1

Camel time? Didnt know they had camels

      • Hey mate, with the no-contract policy of Circles.Life, we only require you to pay the first bill and you will continue the services without any obligations. By the way, you may feel free to check our helpful link at https://circlesaustraliasupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us for your future reference.

    • Hi there! The promo after you signed up is not stackable but it's a yes for our 'Referral Program'. In case you'll be needing more information and for a better visual reference of the topic relevant to the concern, you can head on to our FAQs page provided, too: https://circlesaustraliasupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/section…

    Expired already, it seems.

    "Promocode not applicable!"

    • Strange, try a different browser. Works fine for me

    • +2

Just realised why it didn't work. The 100Gb code in the description is written as "STUDENTEDGE100" but it should be "100STUDENTEDGE".

  • Its working for me.

Deal with them at your peril. Only telco that leaves a trail of destruction with many customers. No customer service after hours should you lose your phone, and then wake up to hundreds of dollars of excess usage that wasn't you… No issues with Optus network, but Circles billing has a lot to be desired.

Yeshhhhhh, cheers for the product review link. Seems pretty horror…

    • G'day mate! I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. Definitely not the experience that we want you to have. Please hop on to our Live Chat service on the website for further assistance: https://www.circles.life/au/help/

    • Yep cheers for the heads up. TPG Telecom. STEER CLEAR.
      - ironically their website has a large banner: - "We are the ‘Untelco’
      with a great customer experience"

    Works for me! Thanks OP!

  • "Promotion is open to new customers of Circles"

A returning customer is considered as a new customer?

    • +1

I'm returning and the code works. So I guess it should be fine.

      • Thanks. Better to wait for 5-6 days more as Australia day is coming and there might be better cashback/offer "hopefully".

        • Better than 30gb at $10 a month? I highly doubt it.

          • @fozzie: If I’m proven wrong that’ll be great!

With circles phone reception will circle around your phone but will never reach your phone.

Heard you need to have a credit check before you use them

    • Not to worry, mate! This is part of our process when applying for a line. Credit checks are done to verify a customer's ability to make monthly bill payments when applying for services. We'd love to give you more information about this so please click this link for more information: https://circlesaustraliasupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/article…

How long do you have to active the sim card? I have 3 months left with my current plan.

    • 30 days

    • Hello there! You have 30 days from when you order the SIM to decide when you wish to initiate the transfer of your number or activate the SIM. Only when the number transfer is complete and/or the Circles.Life SIM is active, will your subscription start. In case you'll be needing more information and for a better visual reference of the topic relevant to the concern, you can head on to our FAQs page provided, too:

      • Not true, in my experience?

I activated my sim card on 03 Feb (yesterday) but it says on the app that my "plan renews 28 Feb 2023, 11 PM AEST".

  • Can you use SIM card in a “Apple Watch” trying to find cheap deal for cellular.

    • Sadly Apple Watch needs to be paired with a monthly plan from one of the 3 main Telcos.
Cheapest would be Vodafone for $45 a month ($40 for the mobile sim and $5 to share with the Apple Watch).
There is no mvno that offers a plan that works for the Apple Watch.

    • Regarding the Esim option, currently, this is something that is not yet available as part of our product offering. Nevertheless, I thank you for bringing this up; rest assured that this additional feature is included in the company's long-term plans so please stay tuned! Cheers!

Avoid circles! Worst telco company, they charged me extra $50-100 for using data when i apparently went over my limit. Tried to ring them, poor customer service. Never got my money back. Better off to go somewhere else

    • Use a credit card chargeback if they took your money unlawfully

  • @CirclesLifeAU Looking at moving my mobile across, but my current plan doesn't expire until May. Are there going to be similar specials after this one?

    • Hi there! We appreciate your interest in Circles.Life! Kindly note that the promos are mostly of limited-time offers. Your plan may vary depending on the current and running promo you will and can take advantage of at the time of your sign-up. Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to visit our FAQs page as the answer you are looking for might be there: https://circlesaustraliasupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

  • Does this plan include data banking?

  • G'day mate! Please know that we're also excited about the Data Bank feature. However, we don't have a specific timeframe yet for this. Nevertheless, thanks for bringing this up! Cheers

  • Can't get this if I've already got an account right?
