ING %1 cashback on bills is rounding UP the cashback amount, so you could potentially pay your bills in multiple $0.51 BPAY transactions and get $0.01 cashback for each payment.
You can write a little script to automate the payments on web interface and double the cashback on your bills.
ING would probably change it to a round down calculation if they see this is abused. I wouldn't suggest doing this if you are using ING as your main bank. You might get your account locked.
