  • is Red old stock? The official site only has purple

    • +1

Red is just the Harvey Norman exclusive colour

  • Is it worth waiting for the Spot Clean Turbo to go on sale or is this one good enough ? Using it mainly to clean car seats and dining chairs. And what is the difference between this and the Spot Clean AutoMate ?

    • Automate has 3 attachments. This one only one attachment. For small jobs this one is fine.

    • Warranty is different as well some have 1,2 or 3y warranty

Boycott Harvey, get another place to price match.

  • i priced match with supercheap for the auto model

  • Do these things actually work?

Its a wet vac. Expect it to behave as one.

If it doesnt work take it back.

They are good. I have a red one. However i have heard invest in the turbo version as the suction is better. Has cleaned my couch from try yogurt, peanut butter grease and sudocream stains. also car seats came up nice.

I have one of these. They work. They are good enough and have used on our cars and inside the house for 7+ years.

But recently tried a generic plastic extractor head on a wet/dry vacuum and a 5lt garden sprayers to dispense the solution and water for rinse.

10x better results and a lot more active use between emptying.

You could set your self up with a 12L wet dry a narrow and wide extractor head and two garden sprayers for under a $100. Glitz apple carpet cleaning solution is about $30 for 5L it makes 100s of litres.

May i know which wet and dry vacuum u are using? Would the ozito 1250w works?

      • Would like to know which extractor head as well.

      • +2

I have a 20L Ryobi that is 10 years old now. No issues.
For indoor jobs I have $50 12L ozito.
The little 1250W is more than enough for a lounge or a spot clean.

        • Thank you so much

    This or a wet/dry vac?

  • Old model but still a good unit, the hose split on my black one, but it has seen some great use over the last 9 or so years. My only gripe is the bloody thing is loud. Wear ear muffs.

Back then it was on sale at SCA for $168.

Oh, and it empties the clean water tank quite fast, so you'll feel like you're emptying and refilling often.

  • i must not have the same luck SCA wont' price match for me :(

    • Same, they claim it's not the same model

      • +1

keep trying lol sounds like you just need to get the right customer service rep, or maybe it's been flagged as Ozbargained by SCA staff.

    • Your lucky to get connected.
I can't seem to get anyone to respond at all,not only on this, but a heap of other items since before Xmas. Price match online chat had left the building

      • their online chat is not the best cause it doesn't show you anything when you're waiting it's just blank, but eventually someone will type "hello'
