How bad can a $100 projector be? Did a bit of digging and other cheap projectors seem to be $150 ish

        @Bretttick: That's only American/NTSC DVDs. Australian ones are in PAL format which is 576p

720p LED projector; historically can be had cheaper.

They're fun to keep in the car to shine on random walls. Ive watched a few movies with mates at various underpasses while we tinker with cars and bikes.
