• $750k+ loan: $1500
• You need to still have the loan until the end of the lender's commission clawback/refund period, which is either 18 or 24 months. The broker cashback will be paid at this point.

        The bank pays us an upfront commission but we need to refund it if you refinance or sell the property within 18-24 months (each bank has different rules for us).

  Can you explain more about the Global Vacation Rewards program? What are the extra fees associated with a 3-day booking for example. The website looks very flakey. Doesn't do much for your credibility.

    The fees depend on the destination so it's hard to say how much it is, and they don’t publish the list of fees. But basically you can get a cheap accommodation if you are flexible with the travel dates and the hotel choice.

        Lowest rate with cashback offer we have at the moment is Bank of Melbourne, 4.92% variable rate with $4k cashback.
