Did you redeem before and get it again?

      • I used the last one on 15 Dec and got it again..don't need it though 🤣

        • Yes I got it again too and wondering whether the offers will keep coming if I switch to mycar . I’ve never redeemed. Thanks for confirming

Redeemed black Friday, got it again across all cards.

Can't say I'd recommend mycar for car service based on previous experience.

  • Is it worthy to do normal car service even with this 25% discount? Also don’t think it will go over $400 if I cannot buy a gift card to split the expenses across multiple car services

  • Do they price match the likes of Tempe tyres etc?

    • Yes. They're the best at price matching actually. Bob Jane is the absolute worst, they never honour their price beat guarantee.

      • do they price match with tyroola.com.au ?

    • Yes, quite easy to do it online too.

  • What is currently a good deal for a set of tyres to stack this with? Car is cx3

    • check temptyres and chat with my car online. I just price-matched for my cx-5. four tyres at $696

  • Is mycar a good and reliable place to service a relatively new car?

I've had a couple of log book services done at different outlets - incessant upsell and inflated prices on consumables, pretty much on par with dealer pricing
One pink slip where I sat and watched the apprentice try and change a brake light..ended up doing it myself …no oversight.
Guessing it varies from store to store but I've got a reliable local mechanic now and the difference is night/day.

no matter how new or old your car, or how many kms it has done, they're likely to tell you the CV joint is going and needs replacing, or some random bushes are worn, or…

Great deal. Also- If you're spending over $800 and have this offer available on a secondary card, you can ask them to split the payment in half and pay with two cards. Double cashback :D

i did a service and had 2 new tyres fitted with them for about $900 for the last amex offer and split pay with 2 amex no problems. But they failed to reset the service due warning light on the dashboard. so i cant be sure that they actually did a proper job and changed the air fitlers etc as part of the full service. I marked the oil filter so i know they changed that. ill have to find time to check the air filters to see it they were in fact changed. They tried to hit me up for bushes and brake pads too i declined. They couldnt tell me for sure what was causing the nissan dualis to stutter but ruled out the fuel filter which i still think is related to the cause.

  • Does the credit work if I'm booking and paying online?

    • says in-person only
