Hey all, I recently tried to take advantage of a Phillips cashback offer posted here and purchased a Phillips airfryer from Binglee, via eBay.
Binglee sent the airfryer with no tax invoice attached to the package, so in order to try and redeem the cashback offer, I sent Phillips a copy of my eBay receipt which included everything they requested;
-The retailer
-Date of purchase
-Model number
-Amount paid in full
They are not accepting this and instead are asking for a tax invoice from the retailer.
I have contacted Binglee via eBay two days ago and they are yet to get back to me.
Has anyone else been in this situation before? Does anybody here know how else I can get a tax invoice?
Thanks.
Does binglee have an online chat service that you can try?
